When you place your order(s), you automatically and at all times accept the applicable conditions/policies. FITS CPH therefore strongly recommends that you read the conditions/policies thoroughly. This is your responsibility.
In addition, FITS CPH can change the conditions/policies with effect for future purchases at any time.
1. DELIVERY TIME
Our delivery time usually corresponds to 1-4 working days if you live in Denmark. Our delivery time is usually 5-10 working days if you live in either Sweden, Norway or Finland. You will receive tracking information by e-mail at any time as soon as we have packed your order.

2. RETURN
You send an email to: info@fitscph.dk and then receive a return label from us if your return is approved. A return costs a fixed amount, which will be deducted from your paid amount once we have approved your return.
We are still a small, newly started shop and are therefore forced to charge a fee for all returns - the fee depends on the distance and country you are sending from.

If you want to advertise an item, you must send an email with a picture and explanation to info@fitscph.dk, and we will help you through the return process. You will receive a return label as soon as we have approved your complaint, as well as other relevant information.
