When you place your order(s), you automatically accept the trade and delivery conditions and cookie and privacy policy applicable at any time. FITS CPH therefore strongly recommends that you read the conditions/policies thoroughly. This is your responsibility.
FITS CPH may at any time change the conditions/policies effective for future purchases.
1. PAYMENT OF THE ITEM UPON PURCHASE
www.fitscph.dk is a 24/7 company and is therefore open 24 hours a day (however subject to any updates to the website). Sales can be made to all of Scandinavia and Finland.
To shop at www.fitscph.dk, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card that the site accepts.
The amount is deducted from your payment card when the order has been processed and dispatched by www.fitschph.dk, typically within 1-3 working days. We reserve the right to increase delivery time in special periods. Our general expected delivery time will always appear on the website.
We ship all orders with DAO or GLS in Denmark with the option of shop delivery.
If you live in Sweden, we ship all orders with GLS with the option of shop delivery.
If you live in Norway, we ship all orders with UPS with the option of shop delivery.
If you live in Finland, we ship all orders with DAO with the option of shop delivery.
Please note that for goods to be delivered outside Denmark, the delivery time may exceed our normal delivery time.
When you order an item, you receive an order confirmation. We recommend that you read the order confirmation thoroughly. In the event of errors or omissions, you must contact info@fitschph.dk as soon as possible and no later than the day after the order has been placed. If there is an error in the delivery of the item, you must contact info@fitscph.dk no later than 3 days after the item has been received.
2. RETURN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with a tag and in its original packaging. You must also use the order confirmation.
If you wish to return the item, contact info@fitschph.dk with the order number and reason for return. You will then receive further information on how to return the item.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you cannot get a refund for your purchase.

We are still a small, newly started shop and are therefore forced to charge a fee for all returns - the fee depends on the distance and country you are sending from:
If you want to return your item(s) and you live in Denmark, the fee is DKK 49.
Do you want to return your item(s) and are you resident in Norway, Sweden or Finland, the fee is DKK 149.
The amount is refunded when we have received the item back and it is received in the same condition as you received it, unused, with a tag and in its original packaging.
When your return has been approved, your purchase will be refunded to the payment card/payment method you used for the purchase within approx. 10 weekdays. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

At FITS CPH, we do not offer exchanges of purchased items. You have the option to return the item as indicated under point 2. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a new purchase of your desired item.
